We process personal information (names, contact details, unit ownership records) on behalf of managing agents and community schemes to deliver scheme-administration services, as contemplated by POPIA. Data is stored in encrypted infrastructure, is never sold, and is only shared with processors required to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, payments). Data subjects may request access or correction via their managing agent.
